Refund & Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us at Dr. Bob’s CBD Apothecary.

Returns: Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 5 days of delivery.

Starting a Return: To request a return, contact us at 833-237-2627 and provide your order number and information regarding the product you wish to return.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Products: Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund. Products that arrive damaged may be handled separately after verification of the shipping damage.
